Competition and Consumer Authority Corona Virus Precaution Measures

In view of the current global pandemic caused by Covid-19, and the subsequent advice from the Government of the Republic of Botswana to exercise social distancing and decongestion of offices; the Competition and Consumer Authority (CCA) has adopted a preventative measure, to postpone conferences and workshops; generally taken with the view that all physical meetings be kept to the barest minimum. 

Since Tuesday 24th March 2020, the Authority has been working with skeletal staff at its head office in Gaborone and in district offices in Kanye, Jwaneng, Tsabong, Hukuntsi, Ghanzi, Maun, Kasane, Francistown, Selebi-Phikwe and Serowe.

To further protect our stakeholders, including those who want to lodge complaints, we strongly urge you to use our website, emails, social media and telephone to interact with the CCA.
